This committee builds the digital foundation for District 212. It ensures the new district’s website, online systems, and tools are functional, secure, and user-friendly. By merging the best digital assets from legacy districts, this group creates a central hub for communication, resources, and transparency.

- Evaluate legacy websites to identify best features.
- Build a unified website with event listings, resources, and leadership info.
- Ensure accessibility, mobile optimization, and easy navigation.
Systems Integration
- Migrate key data (club leads, newsletters, resources) securely.
- Set up shared document storage.
- Implement volunteer sign-up and feedback forms.
Support & Maintenance
- Establish a help desk or email for tech assistance.
- Train district officers on file-sharing, forms, and tech policies.
- Regularly back up data and maintain version control.
