Purpose

This committee builds the digital foundation for District 212. It ensures the new district’s website, online systems, and tools are functional, secure, and user-friendly. By merging the best digital assets from legacy districts, this group creates a central hub for communication, resources, and transparency.

Scope & Deliverables

  • Fully functional D212 website by June 30, 2026.
  • Centralized online resource library and document repository.
  • Secure data transfer from legacy districts.

 Website Development

  • Evaluate legacy websites to identify best features.
  • Build a unified website with event listings, resources, and leadership info.
  • Ensure accessibility, mobile optimization, and easy navigation.

 Systems Integration

  • Migrate key data (club leads, newsletters, resources) securely.
  • Set up shared document storage.
  • Implement volunteer sign-up and feedback forms.

 Support & Maintenance

  • Establish a help desk or email for tech assistance.
  • Train district officers on file-sharing, forms, and tech policies.
  • Regularly back up data and maintain version control.
