WELCOME
to the planning website for the new Toastmasters District 212!
Together, we are beginning a historic and energizing journey to bring four legacy districts into one strong, unified district that will better serve our members in the years ahead.
If you are not familiar with the districts and clubs that are transitioning:
- Some clubs in Districts 19, 30, and 54 will transition into District 212,
- Some into the new District 211, and
- Some into the new District 30.
- All clubs currently in District 35 will transition into District 212.
- Click here to find out if your club will transition to District 212.
This transition is far more than redrawing boundaries—it is about building a stronger, more resilient foundation for our members. To meet the July 1, 2026 rollout with excellence, we need the combined knowledge, experience, and leadership strength from all four legacy districts to be actively involved in the planning committee teams. We will review, research, analyze, and make recommendations for the new District to incorporate the best of the best from all our districts.
The District Transition Committee will move this work forward through a series of structured subcommittees. To support this effort, for a defined four-month project window: December 2025 through March 2026, I am seeking:
- Committee Chairs (5–8 hours/week), and
- Committee Members (3–5 hours/week)
This is a focused, finite initiative—but one that will have a lasting impact on how District 212 launches and thrives.
Leaders and members at all experience levels are welcome. Whether you are a seasoned district officer, a passionate club leader, or someone eager to contribute behind the scenes, your voice and perspective are invaluable.
Are you interested in being a part of the District 212 Transition Committee (DTC) team?
If yes, please fill out this form.
Your feedback is vital to shaping how our new district operates — from leadership training and recognition programs to technology systems and events. The District 212 Transition Team invites you to share your suggestions, comments, and concerns as we prepare to merge our legacy districts into one strong, unified District 212.
- Ask questions about the transition process
- Share ideas or suggestions for improvement
- Voice any concerns you’d like the Transition Team to address
Every submission will be reviewed by the appropriate subcommittee or team lead. While we may not respond individually to every message, your input will help guide decisions and ensure we’re building a district that supports every member and club.
