This committee safeguards the heritage of Districts 19, 30, 35, and 54, ensuring that their stories, accomplishments, and identities are honored as part of District 212’s foundation. Its work preserves continuity and instills pride in members as they embrace the new district identity.
Scope & Deliverables
- Archival plan and digital repository by June 30, 2026.
- “History Hub” webpage highlighting legacy achievements.
- Visual displays and narratives for the first District 212 Conference (in Spring 2027).

- Gather historical records, banners, and awards from legacy districts.
- Interview past leaders and compile milestone achievements.

Preservation & Display
