Purpose
This committee ensures that every leader in District 212 has the tools, knowledge, and confidence to succeed. Beyond simply scheduling training, this group is responsible for creating a consistent, inspiring learning experience across a newly merged district. The committee will integrate the best educational practices from the legacy districts, align with Toastmasters International’s core curriculum, and foster a culture of continuous development.
Scope & Deliverables
Unified, district-wide training calendar and curriculum.
- 85% or higher training completion rate for Area and Division Directors.
- Consistent use of standardized resources and feedback tools.
- Development of training manuals and onboarding materials for future use.

Curriculum Design
- Combine legacy TLI agendas to create a comprehensive D212 model.
- Develop training modules for District Officers, Area/Division Directors, and Club Officers.
- Integrate sessions on leadership development, conflict resolution, and Pathways.
Scheduling & Coordination
- Coordinate at least three TLI/COT sessions across major geographic regions.
- Ensure both in-person and virtual options to maximize participation.
- Create a training calendar with consistent branding and promotion.
Tracking & Reporting
- Implement a centralized attendance tracking system.
- Provide monthly progress reports to the Transition Council.
- Follow up with untrained officers to promote full compliance with TI training goals.
Leadership Onboarding & Mentoring
- Develop “First 90 Days” onboarding guides for district leaders.
- Assign mentors from the legacy districts to new leaders.
- Host Q&A forums for cross-district networking and collaboration.
Final Deliverable:
District 212 Leadership Training Guide and Resource Library (digital), distributed annually to support officer training.
