This committee motivates performance through recognition and rewards. It celebrates achievements, encourages goal-setting, and builds morale during the merger transition and beyond. The committee ensures equity in incentives across former districts.

 Comprehensive recognition and incentive plan by June 30, 2026.

  • District Success Plan aligned with TI metrics.
  • Ongoing recognition communications and event integration.

 Program Development

  • Review legacy incentive programs and merge the best components.
  • Develop a “District 212 Hall of Fame” recognition framework.
  • Align incentives with Pathways, club growth, and leadership goals.

 Tracking & Reporting

  • Create a dashboard to track incentive eligibility and achievements.
  • Coordinate with PR to spotlight honorees.
  • Prepare recognition materials for the annual conference.
