District 212 Transition Committees
To successfully launch the new District 212 on July 1, 2026, a coordinated transition effort is underway across all four legacy districts—19, 30, 35, and 54. The District Transition Committee (DTC) is supported by a series of specialized subcommittees, each focused on building a key part of the district’s foundation.
These committees bring together leaders and members with diverse experience to review current practices, identify needs, and make recommendations for how District 212 will operate. Their work spans training, finance, technology, recognition, events, governance, and more.
Each committee has its own dedicated page where you can learn about:
-
Its purpose and scope
-
Sample tasks and responsibilities
-

-

Whether you’re considering joining a committee or simply want to follow the progress of the transition, this page is your hub for exploring the structure of the DTC.
